Dr. Brynn Dombroski is a dynamic force in leadership and behavioral science. As a Neuroscientist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Elite Brain Health Clinician, and Maxwell Leadership Certified Independent Coach, Trainer, and DISC Consultant, she brings an integrated approach to uncovering any underlying conditions or limiting beliefs that are preventing individuals and teams from reaching their goals and empowers them to achieve dynamic success!


Dr. Brynn has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities including autism, ADHD, down syndrome, and brain injury for over 15 years. A sought-after speaker on topics of autism, ADHD, neuroscience and behavior intervention, she is passionate about breaking barriers to accelerate growth and inspire lasting transformation.


Dr. Brynn is the franchise owner and Area Director of Uniquely You Charlotte Metro, a monthly disabilities community magazine that provides resources, connection, and inspirational stories. She also serves on the Board of the American Cancer Society of Greater Charlotte. In recognition of her contributions to the field of neurodiversity, Dr. Brynn was named a 2023 Honored Listee of Marquis Who’s Who.


As CEO of Dynamic Empowerment Solutions LLC, whether she’s coaching professionals to elevate their leadership or helping families and educators reframe conversations around behavior, Dr. Brynn Dombroski brings a powerful blend of neuroscience and behavioral insight to every interaction. Her unique approach to understanding personality styles and behavior patterns empowers individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.



Her work centers on DISC personality styles, leadership development, and communication strategies for both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals. Through her practical, actionable frameworks, she equips leaders and organizations to transform obstacles into opportunities—cultivating clarity, confidence, and deeper connection.
